La Cocina Head Chef and the restaurant owner. Jeganathan is a Swiss-trained chef with an extensive experience in hotel & catering trade in various countries. He was trained in Hotels and Tourism management, Chur, Switzerland from 1985 – 1989. Jeganathan who was once a Chief Wine sommelier and Maître ‘d on board the world’s famous cruise line, MS Vista fjord and The Queen Elizabeth 2. Jeganathan has also travelled around the world and worked in Toronto, Canada as a breakfast Chef and Chef de Cuisine. La Cocina was opened in December 2000 till present. Our restaurant has a lovely outdoor patio (Alfresco) for customers for dine in. Private room also provided for all-in-one private event space catering for all sorts of celebrations from Birthday Parties, Private Events, Gathering Sessions, etc.
